International Shipping Policy

Shipping Costs: Our international shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery location. No need to worry—our checkout process will handle all the math for you. Just add your items to the cart, and you'll see the shipping cost before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Times: We know you're eager to light up your world, so we aim to get your order to you as soon as possible. Delivery times vary by location, typically ranging from 6 to 26 business days. Please note that these times are estimates and can be affected by factors like customs clearance and local delivery services.
Tracking Your Order: Once your order is on its way, you'll receive tracking information to keep an eye on your package's journey. We use reliable international carriers to ensure your neon arrives safely.
Customs and Import Duties: Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Delivery Delays
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday (business hours). We endeavour to process any web store order the same day or within 24 hours.
- During busy SALE periods, please allow for additional processing times due to the increase in volume orders. We appreciate your patience during this time and will keep you up to date with your order as much as possible.
- For orders made on weekends and Queensland public holidays, your order will be confirmed on the next business day. Please allow an additional 1-3 days for dispatch.
- In the unlikely event any goods delivered by us are damaged in transit or missing from your expected delivery, please email us at sales@eventsmadespecial.com.au within seven working days of receipt. If we receive no such notification, then we will deem your order to have been accepted as satisfactory.
Delivery Times
Australia Post
Once we have booked your order, Australia Post will collect it from our warehouse in Australia. Updates on tracking will be sent to you by Flexible Neon. Delivery times are from the time of collection by Australia Post.
Based on current estimates the
following are the delivery times for Star Track (Delivery days excludes weekends and Public Holidays).
To all major cities, allow 6-12 business days. Where practical, we endeavour to send on premium or express delivery services.
For rural deliveries, expect 10-26 Business days from order dispatch. Timing differs based on delivery state and location.*
- Orders are processed for delivery on business days Monday-Friday only.
- Delivery times as advised by Australia Post are an estimate only. We are in Queensland and estimates are calculated based on this. These estimates do not include warehouse processing & handling time. These estimates do not take into account current delays that Australia Post may advise on directly from their website.
