Order Processing & Delivery Details
Below are some common questions about our delivery fees and courier partner.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed Monday to Friday during business hours. We aim to dispatch all orders the same day or within 24 hours.
If a waterproof plug-and-play system is ordered, we typically hold it overnight to allow the silicone sealant to cure and to complete final testing before dispatch.
When are orders dispatched?
Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday (business days only).
How much is your delivery fee?
All Australians orders have a flat delivery fee of $15 or express shipping is calculated at checkout.
International Shipping is calculated a checkout.
Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not accepted unless approved by our team. To discuss a refund request, please contact us at sales@eventsmadespecial.com.au.
Please note that custom-cut orders cannot be returned, as they are produced to your specific requirements.

Which courier do you use?
Once we have booked your order, AusPost will collect it from our warehouse in Brisbane.
Tracking updates will be sent directly to you once your order is collected.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been collected from our Brisbane warehouse. (Delivery days exclude weekends and Public Holidays).
- Metro areas: 1β4 business days
- Rural areas: 3β10 business days
We aim to use premium or express services where possible.

How do I track my order?
Youβll receive a shipment confirmation & tracking details from us via email.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
We recommend shipping to an address where someone is available to receive the parcel.
- If Authority to Leave (ATL) or Safe Drop is selected, your parcel may be left unattended.
- Once delivered, the parcel becomes your responsibility.
What happens if no one is home?
- For Safe Drop / ATL orders, the driver will leave the parcel in a safe location if possible.
- For signature required deliveries, Australia Post will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection.
What if I missed my delivery?
StarTrack will leave a βSorry We Missed Youβ card with instructions. You can arrange redelivery or collection using their Missed Delivery tool.
What if my parcel is lost or stolen?
If Safe Drop or Authority to Leave is selected, Flexible Neon is not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
What if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 7 working days of receiving your delivery.

Will there be delays during sale periods?
During busy sale periods, processing times may be longer due to increased order volume. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated on your order.
What happens if I order on weekends or public holidays?
Orders placed on weekends or Queensland public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please allow an additional 1β3 days for dispatch.
