For any online purchase (excl. click & collect), we recommend that the order is shipped to an address where someone will be available to take delivery of your purchases. In cases where Safe Drop is standard or an ‘Authority to Leave’ is given, the parcel becomes your responsibility upon delivery. Please be aware that Flexible Neon is not liable for lost or stolen packages.

  • All orders have a flat delivery fee of $20.
  • For items booked with 'Authority to Leave' if no-one is available to accept the parcel at the time of delivery, Star Track will look for a suitable safe drop location to leave the parcel.
  • For items booked 'With Signature', this will require a signature for the parcel, unless an invitation to Safe Drop is accepted. Star Track will contact you once your item is ready for collection to arrange a time for collection. To arrange your redelivery or depot collect, use Star Track's Missed Delivery tool. On my 'Sorry We Missed You' card, it says my parcel has gone back to the Post Office.
  • When booking your parcel, we will enter your email address into the label details, so you will receive direct updated and tracking of your parcel from Star Track.
  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email from Flexible Neon, however, the tracking number for your order will come through from Star Track directly.
Delivery Delays

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (business hours). We endeavour to process any web store order the same day or within 24 hours.
  • During busy SALE periods, please allow for additional processing times due to the increase in volume orders. We appreciate your patience during this time and will keep you up to date with your order as much as possible.
  • For orders made on weekends and Queensland public holidays, your order will be confirmed on the next business day. Please allow an additional 1-3 days for dispatch.
  • In the unlikely event any goods delivered by us are damaged in transit or missing from your expected delivery, please email us at within seven working days of receipt. If we receive no such notification, then we will deem your order to have been accepted as satisfactory.

Star Track

Once we have booked your order, Star Track will collect it from our warehouse in Brisbane. Updates on tracking will be sent to you, direct from Star Track. Delivery times are from the time of collection by Star Track.

Based on current estimates the
following are the delivery times for Star Track (Delivery days excludes weekends and Public Holidays).

To all major Australian cities, allow 1-4 business days. Where practical, we endeavour to send on premium or express delivery services.

For rural deliveries, expect 3-10 Business days from order dispatch. Timing differs based on delivery state and location.*

  • Orders are processed for delivery on business days Monday-Friday only.
  • Delivery times as advised by Star Track are an estimate only. We are in Queensland and estimates are calculated based on this. These estimates do not include warehouse processing & handling time.
