Transforming a Residential Backyard with Flexible Neon Lighting

At Flexible Neon, we take pride in creating stunning lighting setups that elevate outdoor spaces, and our latest residential project was no exception. Here's how we brought a backyard to life with our premium lighting solutions:

A Tree That Sparkles: Over 150m of Fairy Lights

We installed over 150m of warm white fairy lights into a massive tree, transforming it into a centrepiece of charm and elegance. Using our 5m and 10m Icicle warm white fairy lights, paired with our easy 2-pin plug system, the installation was seamless. This system not only saved time but also ensures the client can add or adjust their lighting effortlessly in the future.

Festoon Lighting with Style and Functionality

For a touch of sophistication, we installed 28m of festoon lighting using our Bulb E27 G60 Milky 2000K Quad Filament bulbs. These bulbs are designed to draw attention to their soft glow rather than the socket, thanks to their smart design that perfectly covers the socket base when viewed from below.

To ensure convenience, we incorporated quick connectors and an easy hook system, making it simple for the client to take down the festoon lights whenever needed. The residential setting called for a sleek aesthetic, so we used our Festoon Cable BLK E27 Round 0.50m (mtr), which complemented the setup beautifully.

Solar Spotlights for Hard-to-Reach Areas

In areas where power access was challenging, we installed 4 of our solar spotlights. These energy-efficient lights were used to highlight chosen plants and flowers, creating a striking contrast and drawing attention to the garden’s best features.

Illuminating the Hedge with Spotlights and Heavy-Duty Cabling

To complete the transformation, we powered over 100m of lighting runs using our Cable Black Jacket 2 Core 16AWG, ensuring durability and reliability. This cable also connected 12 mini spotlights, which cast a soft, inviting glow over the hedge surrounding the backyard.
