Refunds Policy

At Flexible Neon, we strive to ensure our customers' satisfaction with their purchases. If you find that you need to return an item, please review the following policies:

Refunds (if applicable):

• Refunds will generally not be accepted unless discussed with our team. To initiate a refund discussion, please contact the Flexible Neon team at sales@eventsmadespecial.com.au.
• Our return policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange. In some cases, a partial refund may be considered.
• To be eligible for an exchange/refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received, and it must be in the original packaging.
• To complete your refund, please email our support team at sales@eventsmadespecial.com.au with the relevant information.
• We may grant partial refunds in the following situations:

• The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• The item is returned more than 14 days after delivery (please discuss with our team).
• Items that have been cut/customised to your order will not be eligible for a partial refund.

Refunds Process:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you, notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund, please:

• Check your bank account.
• Contact your credit card company.
• Contact your bank.
• If issues persist, contact us at sales@eventsmadespecial.com.au.

Exchanges (if applicable):

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at sales@eventsmadespecial.com.au.

Shipping: To return your product, mail it to: [Flexible Neon, 7/15 Holt St, Pinkenba, QLD, 4008].

• You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
